Customs Declaration

With the joint initiatives of Universal Postal Union and World Customs Organisation to improve security and safety of mail and in order to facilitate custom’s clearance at the destination, all customers wishing to send any items containing goods irrespective of the weight or value are now required to complete the online declaration by clicking on

Start Declaration

If you cannot print, please make a note of the declaration ID (XXXXXXXBT) i.e. 7 digits followed by the letters BT generated after completing the form and present it to the post office counter.

The customers can also complete the declaration through the mobile apps by installing EAD Customs Declaration which is available on Play Store and present the declaration ID at the post office counter along with the item
